Our Team

Kelli has over 8 years of experience in customer service. During the latter half of that time she obtained a BS in Kinesiology. After graduating in 2015, Kelli worked as an exercise therapist for two years. Working one on one with people developed Kelli’s attention to detail and passion to help people achieve their goals. This personal development led to a promotion to Office Administrator, a position she held for over 3 years before her move to the West Coast. With her strong background in case management and client relations, Kelli is our liaison for communications with clients and the digital marketing team. After years of working for doctors as an office administrator, she knows how easy it is for meaning to get lost in conversation, not to mention chicken scratch! Kelli’s goal is clear communication, timely service, and delivered expectations.

When she's not working, Kelli enjoys fine wine and appreciating the artwork of Antonio Segura Donat.

Still in college, but with no shortage of experience, Steven has been working for the past two years as the owner of INTROSPECTV. He got his start prior to that working at a martial arts school handling their social media marketing and realized his talent and passion for it. He’s a relentlessly hard worker, and his ability to communicate makes him a great asset for our team.

When Steven does finally take a break, you can find him playing League of Legends or binge watching the latest Shonen anime.

Growing up, Derek excelled at numbers and problem solving. Having enjoyed creating products for colleagues, he enrolled in Eleven Fifty Academy’s Web Development program where he honed his coding skills and web development abilities. As a freelance photographer, Derek’s clients value his creativity which is a quality he brings to Web Development as well.

When Derek is not at his computer, you can find him playing Ultimate Frisbee™ or rock climbing.

Jesse is first and foremost an artist and designer, but as a web developer, he aims to bring an artistic eye, with balanced design for UX/UI optimization, to V&P Digital's current and future client base. He began his development career in 2019 at Eleven Fifty Academy(EFA) in Fishers, where he studied Web Development. With his background in art, he found a hidden passion and skill for creative web design and front-end solutions. Jesse is also an avid learner and desires to continue growing as a developer, which is evident by his return to EFA to study software development in 2020. He is thankful for the opportunity from V&P Digital, and is excited to use his knowledge and skill as an asset to their work, as well as continuing to learn and grow alongside the rest of the team.

Beyond development, Jesse enjoys time with family, reading, art and music, seeking out and making good food, soccer, traveling, and experiencing nature.

Paul has a generous amount of curiosity revolving around people's self-improvement ventures, and enjoys assisting other people to achieve their goals. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Paul is an avid learner which is evident from his return to University in 2021 to study computer science. From a young age, Paul has been involved in the creation of websites. Professionally, Paul’s contributions include updating and upgrading websites' efficiency, engagement, and aesthetics since 2019.

Offline, you can find Paul watching horror movies with his fiancée, playing online strategy games, or adventuring in the wild.
